📦 Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Delivery Charges: The customer will cover delivery charges for exchanges.
  • Payment Adjustments:
    • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
    • If it costs more, you’ll only pay the balance.
  • Process:

1.                  Contact our support team at +92 326-0500019.

2.                  Send the parcel (after approval) to our official return address provided by support.


💳 Refund Policy

  • Timeframe: Refunds are eligible within 15 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with tags, in original packaging).
  • Charges: Customer covers return shipping charges (except in cases of damaged/defective products).
  • Refund Processing:
    • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 10 business days.
    • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

🛠 Damage or Defect Policy

  • Report Time: Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared with our support team.
  • Charges:
    • If the defect is due to manufacturing or shipping damage, Flexorium covers replacement costs.
    • If damage is due to misuse, the product is not eligible for return/replacement.
  • Process:

1.                  Contact support with proof of damage.

2.                  Once approved, send the item back to us.

3.                  We’ll provide a replacement or suitable resolution.


Important Notes

  • No Exchange/Refund during special sales or promotional events.
  • Flexorium reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Declined payments
    • Unresponsive customer confirmation
